For example my average day I get, 200g protein, 120g fat, 340g carbs ish but feel like I should lower the fat and up the carbs a bit lately. Thanks coach!
8:01 Hey coach. I’m in a difficult situation.. my bench is on a novice level, while my squat and deadlift is intermediate. My 1RM on the bench is 100 kg x 1, while squat is at 160 kg and deadlift is at 200 kg. I can also do 4 reps (paused) with 60 kg on OHP. I did Smolov jr to try to get my bench up, but I only gained at most 5 kg. My bench has always sucked. What do you think I should do?
