I don't know, can I stay Keto and on the sugar-free and low carb side of life while traveling to California for 6 days with my two older sons? There's a lot of flying, conference going, sightseeing and eating out in this travel vlog. A lot of bread gets set on the table often!

Well yes, this IS a wild and crazy (and expensive) large family grocery haul for 2019. I shopped at Walmart this go round to save time driving out to cheaper stores. I also bulked up on convenience low-carb foods. I bought several Trim Healthy Mama items that I don't have to buy every month like Almond Flour and Milled Flax.

I buy the kids a bunch of fruits and vegetables, 7 more gallons of milk since our family of ten goes through a gallon a day. You also get to see a shop with me with little Benjamin and "big boy" Daniel who is my grocery helper!

BONUS POINTS!!! Watch me eat salad with a spoon, oh yeah!
