Join Travis and I as we do a healthy large family meal prep for our household for the coming week. We’ll serve ups these veggie choices alongside most large family meals.

Besides prepping tons of veggies and berries, we also meal prep 2 1/2 dozen eggs as a healthy family snack option.

I hope you enjoy this healthy large family meal prep for our family of ten! xoxo

Well, I sure hope these homeschoolers don't break their necks, because that's not the kind of excitement we were looking for on this homeschool family field trip! As you'll see in today's large homeschool family vlog, we enjoyed a high flying day at an incredible adventure rope course with one of our local homeschooling groups.

These types of homeschoolers are brave and walked on steel beams and tight ropes way up in the air! We also enjoyed a challenging garden maze that took us over an hour to find our way back out.

As a large family homeschool mom, I love having adventure homeschool days. These homeschooling days are just one of the ways we learn about life and over coming challenges in our large family homeschool together. xoxo

In today's Large Family Meals of the Week, I show you just what it's like feeding a large family. We have a mix of everything this week; freezer meals, slow cooker dinners, Instant Pot recipes, electric griddle breakfasts, and lunches on-the-go! You also get to see how I *ate the same thing* from THREE DAYS and loved it immensely!!

I show you exactly how I heat up my freezer breakfast sandwiches I made in bulk on my last freezer cooking day. We also work hard to eat up the last of our 40 lb box of bananas, fresh strawberries, and the last of the oranges before we head out of town on a large homeschool family adventure!
